My priority is to ensure customer satisfaction through quick processing and shipping and the assurance that all products will arrive in their original condition or will be otherwise replaced.

ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of the online transaction. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS from Washington, DC. As of now International Shipping is not available. 

First Class Mail—$5 2-4 days from shipping date

Priority Mail—$8 1-3 days from shipping date

Priority Mail Express—$25 1-2 days from shipping date

Sales Tax

The District of Columbia has a 6% tax rate that will be added to the order total. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You may return any item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders may also be cancelled before shipment and the cost fully refunded. If an order arrives damaged, it will be exchanged with a new print or refunded entirely.
